How
do I find my driver?
We offer two options for airport service. Please choose one of the
following options:
- Baggage claim: The driver will wait for the customer at baggage
claim area holding a sign with the customer’s name. There is an
additional $5.00 fee for this service.
- Curb side: The driver will pick you up at curb side outside of
the baggage claim area. Please call: 206-730-0200 or 206-293-0185 as soon as you
claim your luggage and your driver will meet you promptly. This is
the fastest and easiest option for the customer.
When
will you charge my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card until our job is done. Your credit
card information is taken at the time of reservation only as a security
deposit. You will need to present the same card to the driver for
manual imprint. Prepayments can be arranged online or by phone.
Will
I be charged for waiting time?
There is no charge for waiting time on airport service. Our operators
check all customers’ flight status for delays or early arrivals.
What
are your hourly rates?
Hourly rates for any occasion: $45.00 per hour 1 hour Minimum.
Does
your rate include a gratuity for the driver?
No, our rates are a flat company rate and do not include the standard
15% gratuity for the driver.
Are
your rates per person or per car?
Our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of
passengers.
What
is your cancellation policy?
To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation no less than 24
hours prior to pickup time by e-mail, or 4 hours by phone.
What
is your service guarantee?
After you have received your reservation confirmation from us your car
is guarantee to be waiting for you upon arrival. Online reservations
must be made no less than 24 hours in advance of the pickup time with a
valid credit card.
What
kinds of cars do you drive?
All Our cars are late model high-end full size luxury sedans that carry
1 – 4 passengers.
